The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the order dated 08.04.2025 passed by the respondent No.2 (Annexure No.15 to the writ petition)." 2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner, without pressing the writ petition on merits, prays for liberty to file reference before the Prescribed Authority under Section 25 of the Societies Registration Act. 3. Sri Ashok Khare, Senior Advocate, assisted by Sri Anand Kumar Pandey, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 and Sri Awadesh Kumar Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State have no objection to the innocuous prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Taking into consideration the prayer so made by counsel for the petitioner, this Court is of the view that there is no reason to keep the matter pending and, therefore, the petitioner is granted liberty to file reference before the Prescribed Authority, as sough, within a period of fifteen (15) days from today and in case such a reference is filed, the Prescribed Authority shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law after hearing all the affected parties expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months after filing the same. 5.
