Serial No. 52 REGULAR CAUSE LIST HIGH COURT OF JAMMU & KASHMIR AND LADAKH AT SRINAGAR WP(C) 384/2023 CM(853/2023) Shahnaz Begum & Ors …Petitioner(s) Through: None. Vs. Union Territory of J&K and Others. ...Respondent(s) Through: Ms. Raheel Khan, Assisting Counsel vice Mr. A. R. Malik, Sr. AAG. CORAM: Hon’ble Mr. Justice Wasim Sadiq Nargal, Judge. ORDER 02.06.2025 01. The record reveals that no one appeared on behalf of petitioners on 11th December, 2024 before this Court and subsequently, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners for four consecutive hearings before the Registrar Judicial. 02. Today, when the instant matter was taken up for consideration, there was once again no representation on behalf of the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are no longer interested in prosecuting the present writ petition. May be the cause of action for which the instant writ petition was filed, no longer survives or may have been redressed by this point of time, which could be the reason that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated (Wasim Sadiq Nargal) Judge SRINAGAR: 02.06.2025 “HAMID”
