Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the past, the petitioner had filed Writ-C No.1891 of 2012 alongwith several other persons but wherein, according to the petitioner, his name came to be wrongly mentioned, though, his parentage has been correctly mentioned. 3. In view of the same, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to seek correction in the array of parties of the previous writ petition, if so advised, or avail other remedies.
