The cause shown in the application is far from being satisfactory and the same is non-explainatory itself. Otherwise also, there is no case is made out in the appeal on merits. 3. The relief has been granted by the learned Single Judge based on height measurement done under the judicial order in which, height of the petitioner-respondent in the present and in [2025:RJ-JP:24747-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-234/2025] the previous selection has been found to be 168 centimeters and above. 4. Therefore, we find no merit in the appeal and the same is accordingly, dismissed. 5. Application for condonation of delay also stands dismissed.
