No. 12772 of 2025 -------------------------------------------- Dated this the 8th day of April, 2025 JUDGMENT The petitioner is aggrieved by the issuance of Ext.P3 stop memo even without a show cause notice. In similar circumstances, this Court has in Ext.P4 judgment directed the petitioner therein to submit objections, treating the stop memo as a show cause notice and the objections were directed to be considered and fresh orders issued. I do not find any reason to take a different view. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit their objections to Ext.P3 treating the same as a show cause notice and there will be a further direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the objections to Ext.P3 and pass fresh orders after hearing the petitioner. The objections shall be filed within three weeks from today and further action shall be 2025:KER:30322 WP(C) NO. 12772 OF 2025 3 completed by the 2nd respondent within two months after receipt of objections. The petitioner may produce a copy of this writ petition along with the certified copy of the judgment before the 2nd respondent for necessary compliance.
