Case was called out. Learned counsel for the applicant is not present whereas learned Standing Counsel for the opposite party is present. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 3.7.2025, learned Standing Counsel has filed compliance affidavit, which is taken on record. On the basis of affidavit, he submits that Writ Court in its order dated 14.5.2024 passed in Writ-C No. 16096 of 2024 directed the respondent authorities to renewal of licence of the petitioner within three months, which has been decided by the opposite party vide order dated 10.7.2025, therefore, application has become infructuous. I have considered the submission of learned standing counsel for the opposite party and perused the order dated 10.7.2025. Prima facie, order of writ Court dated 14.5.2024 passed in Writ- C No. 16096 of 2024 has been complied with. Therefore, under such facts of the case, no further order is required to be passed.
