Petitioners apprehend arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 370, 370A, 372 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 67A and 66E of the Information Technology Act. 3. As per prosecution case, daughter of the informant was married with petitioner No. 1 four years ago. It is alleged that these petitioners along with other accused persons made viral semi-naked photographs of the daughter of informant and thereafter disappeared her for the purpose of prostitution. Victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., has Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61429 of 2024(3) dt.10-01-2025 2/2 supported the prosecution case. 4.
