By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a) issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondent authorities to release/pay the arrears of salary of the father of the petitioner since 24.03.2001 to 11.06.2002 and Rs.55,000/- deducted from the gratuity with interest within stipulated period." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation dated 13.05.2025 is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period and in accordance with law. 4. In view of the above this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his representation and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
