This writ petition has been filed for quashing the first information report dated 15.2.2025 as Case Crime No. 52 of 2025, under section 115(2), 352, 351(3), 110 BNS, P.S. Dhanari, District Sambhal. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 5. Learned A.G.A. for the State submitted that the Charge sheet No. 129/2025 has been forwarded on 21.05.2025 in the present case and as such, the cause for filing present writ petition no more survives. 6.
