JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA) The petitioner in the subject petition seeks an identical relief of quashment of the order of suspension and put the petitioner back to the same post. 2. It transpires that this Court in terms of its order dated 26.07.2024, had stayed the order of suspension. During the subsistence of the petition, the respondent- Corporation has revoked the order of suspension on 20.09.2024 and directed the petitioner to report to duties. The petitioner has not joined in the light of the interim order subsisting. 3. It is made clear in the order, the order of suspension was stayed, which is no longer in existence, as the Corporation has revoked the order of suspension. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to abide by the revocation - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC-D:3363 WP No. 104377 of 2024 of order of suspension and the place of posting.
