This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "I. a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding/directing to the respondent no.2 to decide the application of the petitioner dated 3.5.2025 which given by the petitioner before him to restrain to private respondents to the permanent construction over the disputed plot no. 165 area 1-619 hect. and Piot no. 248 area in situated Village- Bhartpur, Block- Amaupur, Tehsil Sahawar, P.S. Amaupur, District-KASGANJ within a stipulated period which is fixed by this Hon'ble Court." From perusal of record, it transpires that petitioner wants restraint order against the respondents no.3 and 4. No such adjudication can be made in proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. As no private dispute can be settled between the parties under the said jurisdiction, writ petition is misconceived and the same stands dismissed.
