Issue a order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No.3, i.e. Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Tahsil Khajni, District Gorakhpur to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.04.2025 within stipulated period by reasoned and speaking order granted by this Hon'ble Court." 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4 a private person has taken illegal possession of his abadi land, and the petitioner has moved an application before the respondent, but no action is being taken. 3. In our considered opinion, the State respondents do not come into picture, in such a dispute unless there is apprehension of breach of law and order. 4.
