This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the citation dated January 6, 2025 issued by the respondent Bank. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank submits that by letter dated July 2, 2025 addressed to Tehsildar, Deoria, the respondent Bank has requested to withdraw the impugned citation. 4. Accordingly, the Tehsildar, Deoria, respondent No.3 herein is directed to act in accordance with law and withdraw the impugned citation. 5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
