Perusal of the record shows that this Court vide order dated 16.05.2024 had referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court to enable the parties to amicably resolve the dispute through mediation, however, despite efforts made by the mediators, settlement agreement could not be arrived at between the parties and the mediation has already failed. 3. In view of the above, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. 4. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
