This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 748 days in filing the above appeal against the order dated 01.07.2023 made in M.C.O.P.No.947 of 2022 by the learned Special District Judge, MCOP Tribunal, Salem. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. Though notice has been served and the names of the respondents are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. 4. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 748 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 748 days, in the appeal. 5.
