This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure with the prayer to quash the F.I.R. in connection with Hariharganj P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 272/273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act and all the proceeding emanating therefrom against the petitioner which is pending in the court of learned ACJM, Palamau. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. 4. Since the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that charge sheet has not yet been submitted in this case and investigation is going on, there ( 2025:JHHC:29685 ) 2 Cr.M.P. No.539 of 2024 is no way, the petitioner is associated with the F.I.R. Hence, this court is of the considered view that the petitioner has no locus standi to file this criminal miscellaneous petition as he is not an aggrieved person in respect of the F.I.R. sought to be quashed. 5.
