Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3. The respondents herein have filed a petition under Section 125(d) of Cr.P.C., in M.P.No.1148 of 2023 in M.C.No.626 of 2022 seeking interim maintenance before the IV Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has filed this Criminal Revision Petition. 4. Section 397(ii) Cr.P.C. clearly states that powers of revision cannot be used against the interlocutory orders. Hence no revision would lie against the interlocutory order. 5. In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed.
