Mr. Manish Thakur, learned Deputy Advocate General and Mr. Paras Dhaulta, learned counsel, appear and waive service of notice on behalf of respondents No.1 & 2 and respondents No.3 & 4, respectively. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with respect to the grievances being raised in the present petition, an appropriate representation dated 31.12.2024 stands made by the petitioner to the concerned quarter. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in the representation so made, petitioner has clearly demonstrated, as to how his case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 28.03.2024, passed by this Court in CWP No.660 of 2018, titled Gopal Singh Kanwar & Others vs. State of Himachal Pradesh & Others along with other connected matters (Annexure P-2). 3. Learned counsel for the respondent-Bank submits that the representation so made by the petitioner shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today. Learned counsel further submits that the aforesaid judgment, being relied upon by the petitioner, shall be duly considered while deciding the representation so filed by the petitioner. 4.
