The present petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 18th March, 2024, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 16982/2022. 2. Vide the aforesaid order dated 18th March, 2024, directions had been issued in the following manner: “xxx xxx xxx This is a digitally signed order. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 07/09/2026 at 14:10:41 ” 3. Perusal of the aforesaid order shows that the respondent was directed to provide the details of the required documents to the petitioner. There was further direction to the petitioner to furnish the said requisite documents to the respondent. On receipt of the said documents, the respondent herein was directed to consider the same and pass a Speaking Order, thereto. 4. This Court notes that Compliance Report dated 09th April, 2026, has been filed on behalf of the respondent, wherein, a Sanction Order and Speaking Order, both dated 08th April, 2026, have been placed on record. The said Sanction Order is reproduced as under: This is a digitally signed order. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
