The present petition has been filed, challenging the order dated 14.5.2025, passed by the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Tikari, Baghpat, asking the petitioner to vacate the disputed plot and to pay the penalty, imposed by the prescribed authority by its order dated 6.3.2020 in a case registered under Section 4 of the U.P. Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorized Occupants) Act, 1971. 2. The petitioner has a remedy to challenge the order dated 6.3.2020, passed by the prescribed authority in appeal under the Act, 1971. 3. It also transpires that the petitioner has already instituted Original Suit No. 60 of 2024 against the Nagar Panchayat, praying for a permanent prohibitory injunction, restraining the Nagar Panchayat from dispossessing the petitioner from the disputed property. The petitioner also has a remedy to seek prohibitory orders in the aforesaid case, registered before the civil court. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, there is no occasion for this Court to take cognizance under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner may exercise his remedies noted above. 5.
