This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No.759 of 2011 (Smt. Pushpa Verma Vs. Prem Pal Singh and others) under Section 420 IPC, Police Station Jawan, District Aligarh pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Aligarh, expeditiously within stipulated period. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is the complainant in the case. Several dates have been fixed in the matter and the case is pending since 2011 and the same has not yet been decided. 4. It reveals from the perusal of the report sent by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aligarh dated 28.11.2024 that the case in hand is pending at the stage of final argument. 5. In the circumstances, the Court concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid complaint case within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this order before it, if there is no legal impediment. It is further directed that no unnecessary adjournment will be sought/granted in the matter by/to either of the parties. Parties are also directed to assist the Court in every manner for the expeditious disposal of this case. 6. With the above observations, the application stands disposed of.
