The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 18.7.2023 passed by this Court in Writ-A No. 23055 of 2023. 3. From the perusal of records, it is apparently clear that order of Writ Court was passed on 18.7.2023 for deciding the case of applicant within a period of three months, whereas present contempt application has been filed on 23.05.2025, therefore, it is barred by Section 20 of Contempt of Court's Act, 1971. 4.
