This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of Sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 apprehending his arrest for the offences under Sections 149/379/504/506/120(B)/34 of IPC in connection with Complaint Case No.408 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gumla. 3. There is nothing in the petition to suggest that the petitioners are apprehending arrest in this case. Thus, I am not inclined to entertain this application. The petitioners are directed to surrender before the Trial Court and seek regular bail which shall be considered by the said Court strictly in compliance of the guidelines laid down in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2022 (10) SCC 51 as well as the observation made in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation & Another, reported in 2024 (9) SCC 198. 4.
