On the strength of the said affidavit, Sri Brijesh Kumar, learned Standing Counsel submits that the amount of arrears of Rs.29,30,443/- has been cleared as the said amount has been credited in the bank account of the applicant and the order of the writ Court has been complied with in its letter & spirit. Learned counsel for the applicant does not dispute the said fact. In view of the above, no cause of action survives. The contempt application is disposed of. Let the contempt application be consigned to records. Notice, if any, stands discharged.
