Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondents. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Form-IB(ROR) dated 16.07.2015 discloses the name of the petitioner for the subject land and the petitioner gave representation to the 2'^'^ respondent dated 27.01.2020, seeking issuance of the patta for the subject land. But the same is not considered so far. 3. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, relying upon the written instructions received from the 4 20.08.2025, submits that as per the RSR of Kubadpuram Village of Rajupalem Mandal, Sy.No.235/4-B is classified as Government Poramboke (dotted land) to an extent of Ac.17.90 cents. The Sy.No.235/4-H was newly formed from Sy.No.253/4-B. As per the available records, no DK patta was issued in favour of the present petitioner in Sy.No.235/4-H. But, 56 house site pattas were distributed to the eligible beneficiaries under the welfare scheme for the said land on 12.08.2020. At the time of distribution of house site pattas, it is noticed that the said land was vacant (with Bushes) and no cultivation activities were found in the said land. The said land is not mutated in favour of the petitioner in the present webland. In view of the above said facts and circumstances, no relief can be granted for the petitioner in respect of the subject land.
