Prafulla Gogoi and for disbursement of the same to the petitioner has been released by online Budget Page No.# 2/2 No. 05_TSK/GAD/001_2025-26(1)_19 dated 17.06.2025 to the concerned DDO i.e. the District Commissioner, Tinsukia District. In view of the aforesaid, the contempt petition stands closed inasmuch as the orders dated 01.10.2024 & 28.08.2023 respectively passed in IA (Civil) No. 2574/2024 and WP(C) No. 4059/2021 stand complied with. The aforesaid communication from the Under Secretary to the Government of Assam, Revenue & Disaster Management Department, Dispur to the District Commissioner, Tinsukia is kept on record.
