3 The Court made the following Order:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondents Nos.2 and 3 in considering the representations dated 17.07.2023 and
19.07.2023. The petitioner is further aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.3 in deleting the name of the petitioner’s father from the property tax register. It is submitted that the petitioner and his brother succeeded the house after the demise of the petitioner’s father and they have been enjoying their respective shares as per the family arrangement arrived at between the petitioner and his brother. It is submitted that the petitioner was working in Nellore, and during his absence from the village, the 3"'^ respondent has struck off the name of the petitioner’s father from the tax register maintained with the 3'"'^ respondent. In this regard, the representations were made by the petitioner. The tax receipt pertaining to the year 2019 would reflect the name of the petitioner’s father. However, subsequent tax receipts on account of deletion of the name of the petitioner’s father would not be reflecting the name of the petitioner’s father. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 as well as the learned Standing Counsel for the 3'"'^ respondent. Considering the submissions made, the 3'^^ respondent is hereby
directed to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner by restoring the name of the petitioner’s father in the tax register

4 maintained by the 3"'' respondent. It is made clear that, at any rate, the entire exercise shall be completed within six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
5. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
