Learned counsel for respondent No.1 contends that order dated 09.10.2023 has been complied with and speaking order dated 23.05.2025 has been passed in compliance of the same. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 also contends that in compliance of order dated 09.10.2023, speaking order dated 02.05.2025 has been passed.
