Hon'ble Prakash Padia,J. 1. The order dated 29.10.2024 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar is under challenge in the present petition. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, Sri A.K. Singh, learned counsel for the respondents placed an order dated 19.02.2025 passed by the District Basic Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar/respondent No.4 by which the order dated 29.10.2024 has been recalled, the same is taken on record and a copy of the same has also been provided to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. After going through the same, it is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the order dated 29.10.2024 has been recalled by the respondent No.4 itself vide order dated 19.02.2025,no further cause of action is survived and prays for dismissal of the present petition as having become infructuous. 4.
