Sri Kanhaiya Lal, learned counsel for petitioner, at the outset, submits that due to certain discrepancy in the affidavit annexed with this writ petition, he does not want to press this writ petition and prays that same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. 2. Sri Harshit Pandey, learned counsel for respondents submits that petitioner has tried to mislead the Court, however, he has not opposed the aforesaid prayer. 3. In view of above, by putting the petitioner on caution that he should approach this Court with clean hands, still in the interest of justice, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
