It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner being a contract employee who is working at particular Community Health Centre under the National Health Mission could not have been transferred from that particular center. It is further contended that the controversy is no more res integra in the light of the order passed by this Court in Writ A 1961 of 2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel could not dispute the fact that the petitioner is a contract employee working under the medical and health department and the contract entered or notice held is not specific. 4. In view of the above, this petitioner stands disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ A No.1961 of 2025 and in the circumstances, the order impugned of transfer dated 01.10.2024 is hereby quashed.
