Special Appeal Writ No.406/2018 and other connected matters, the petitioner is held entitled for a lump sum compensation of Rs.1,00,000/-. (2) The respondents would pay to the petitioner the aforesaid sum after adjusting [2025:RJ-JP:23793] (2 of 2) [CW-2455/2020] already awarded lump sum compensation of Rs.40,000/-, if already paid, within a period of twelve weeks from today failing which it shall carry interest @ 6% per annum and the officer(s) responsible for delay would bear the interest component.” Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of accordingly.
