JUSTICE KARDAK ETE O R D E R 21.03.2025 Mr. K. Bhuyan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has an instruction to withdraw this writ petition. Although, the claim of the petitioner to the post of Grade-III, in terms of the recommendation of the District Level Committee and accordingly, on compassionate ground has been negated, however, the State Level Committee has recommended for Grade-IV post, on which the petitioner has been appointed and joined. Mr. J.K. Goswami, learned Government Advocate, Mr. C. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondent no.7 and Mr. R. Dubey, learned counsel for the respondent no.12 are present. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner Page No.# 4/4 and also considered that the petitioner has been appointed in the Grade-IV post on compassionate appointment and has already joined in the said post, the prayer for withdrawal of this writ petition is accepted.
