The petitioners allege that the respondent-Development Authority has occupied the land of the petitioners comprising of Khasra No.511-Mi area 0.4060 hectares, Khasra No. 512-M area 0.5400 hectares and Khasra No. 512-Mi area 0.6420 hectares situated at Village Nayabans, Pargana & Tehsil Dadri, District- Gautam Budh Nagar, without payment of compensation. The petitioners have filed representation before the Development Authority in this behalf and the sole prayer made in the writ petition is for a direction to the respondent-Development Authority to decide the said representation. 2. Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-Development Authority submits that the Authority will decide the representation. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3-Chief Executive Officer, Noida, District-Gautam Budh Nagar to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 4.3.2025 by a speaking order within six weeks from the date of communication of the instant order along with photocopy of the representation.
