It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are working on the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) under the respondents and the recommendation pertaining to grant of IInd Assured Career Promotion has been forwarded by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 by letters dated 20.09.2021, 04.10.2021, 25.04.2022, 27.07.2022 & 28.11.2024 However till date, no decision has been taken. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the recommendation for grant of IInd Assured Career Promotion arising out of letters dated 20.09.2021, 04.10.2021, 25.04.2022, 27.07.2022 & 28.11.2024 shall be considered by respondent No.2 in accordance with law in a time bound manner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, it is hereby provided that the respondent No.2 shall take decision on the recommendation letters dated 20.09.2021, 04.10.2021, 25.04.2022, 27.07.2022 & 28.11.2024 forwarded by respondent No.3 in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of the order. 5.
