It is argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that on the representation submitted by the petitoner, a letter dated 08.01.2016 was written by the District Magistrate, Gurudaspur, Panjab to the District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 2. On the other hand, it is argued that in case, the petitioner will submit fresh application before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur, he will take a decision in the matter expeditiously. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to file fresh representation along with relevant documents and certified copy of this order before the respondent No.2/District Magistrate, Shahjahanpur within a period of three weeks from today. In case, the petitioner do so, the respondent No.2 will take a decision in the matter strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months thereafter.
