Heard. For the reasons stated in the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit of the applicant, we find sufficient cause to condone the delay of 17 days that has crept up in filing the revision petition. Ordered accordingly. The application stands disposed of Cr.Rev. (FC) No. 30 of 2025

Heard. We are of the considered view that instead of deciding the instant lis, which relates to non-awarding of

interim maintenance to the applicant/petitioner, it would be appropriate in case directions are given to the learned trial Court to decide the main petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, pending before it, in a time bound manner.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court to decide the main petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. as expeditiously as possible and in no event later than 15th October, 2025.

The learned trial Court will prepone the hearing of the case and the parties are directed to appear before the learned trial Court on 7th July, 2025.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
