The Board of Revenue has passed a reasoned order and in the order itself it has been stated that according to Part IV of the Revenue Book Circular against the order passed by the Commissioner the petitioner is required to approach before the State Government. 2. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before the State Government while filing an appropriate appeal/revision within 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and till decision on grant of stay is taken by the State Government, the interim relief granted by this Court on 31.1.2023 shall continue. However, the State Government is directed to consider the prayer for grant of stay within 30 days. The record of the Board of Revenue be sent back forthwith. 3.
