ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the the respondents 1 to 6 herein to provide police assistance in implementing the Injunction order as granted in I.A.No.495 of 2019 in OS.No.181 of 2019 on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Vaialapad dt. 04.07.2019 is illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and also contrary to the law declared by this Hon'ble Court in a reported judgment 2014 (2) ALD 281 and also WP.No.28765 of 2016 dated 20.07.2017 by depriving the rights of the petitioners as contemplated under Articles 19, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 3rd respondent herein to take appropriate action against the 6th respondent for not taking steps to complete the investigation in Cr.No.il of 2020 of Kalikiri Police Station.…”

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents is in attendance. 4. In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. However, the petitioners are at liberty to workout their remedy
