The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for quashing of FIR No.457 dated 08.11.2024 registered under Sections 323, 498-A & 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 406 of IPC was added later on) at Police Station Gandhi Nagar, Yamuna Nagar and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since after filing the present petition, the charges have been framed before the Trial Court, therefore, he wishes to withdraw the present petition to enable him to challenge the order of framing of charges before the appropriate Court of jurisdiction. 3.
