Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Mr. K. Baishya is present on behalf of the respondent State. Through this I.A. No. 59/2025, the applicant/accused has submitted that the informant was impleaded as opposite party/respondent No. 2 in B.A. No. 3770/2024, but in the meanwhile, opposite party/respondent No. 2 has passed Page No.# 3/3 away and this application has been filed for impleading the victim as a respondent in B.A. No. 3770/2024. The order dated 08.01.2025 in B.A. No. 3770/2024, clearly reflects that the informant has passed away as is evident from the Trial Court Records. After considering the submissions of both the sides, application for impleading the victim as respondent No. 2 is allowed. However, the name of the victim should be redacted or masked in the amended cause-title. The name of the informant as respondent No. 2 is hereby deleted.
