Mr. Aman Dhir, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court on behalf of the respondent-State, expressed his inability to controvert applicability of aforesaid judgment to the facts of present case. He, however, submits that competent authority would consider claim of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid judgment and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law within three months from today. 3.
