This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Ist Addl. Civil Judge (J.D.), Banda to expedite/decide the Complaint Case No.13593 of 2021 (Dr. Anjani Gupta Vs. Atul Kumar Gupta and others) under Section 406 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda pending before him, expeditiously within a stipulated period. 3. In compliance of the order dated 10.6.2024, a compliance report has been submitted by the trial court explaining the progress of this case. 4. It has been submitted that the complaint case is pending since 2021 and the accused-persons are not cooperating with the court. The compliant case is pending at the stage of recording of evidence under section 244 Cr.P.C. and disposal of some application. 5. In the circumstances, the learned trial court is directed to dispose of the application pending disposal and to record the evidence under section 244 Cr.P.C. within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order and thereafter make all possible endeavours to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year, if there is no legal impediment. 6.
