The prayer made in the instant petition is issuing for writ of mandamus commanding respondent Authority to comply with the decision taken by the State Government on 05.09.2024 in revision under Section 41(3) of U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973. 3. The said order has been passed by the State Government in a revision filed by the petitioner company. Various directions have been issued to the Development Authority, whereunder the Authority has to make a fresh calculation of the dues payable by the petitioner company in respect of Plot No. GH-01/A, Sector- 16B, area 80,000 Sq. Mtr. 4. Ms. Anjali Upadhya, learned counsel for the respondent Development Authority states that the Development Authority vide office order dated 24.04.2025, has constituted a Committee which would examine the issue in the light of the order passed by the State Government and appropriate decision would be taken accordingly. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent Authority to take decision in compliance of the order of the State Government within six weeks from today.
