The present applicant ‘Deepak Thakur’ is praying for anticipatory bail in relation to a First Information Report dated 14.08.2025 bearing FIR No. 0299 of 2024 P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun, wherein, the present applicant along with one Amrik Singh Sanjay Kumar Verma, Jaspal Singh and Satnam Singh were implicated for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 406, 420, 504 and 506 of IPC r/w 4/22 of Banning of Unregulated Deposits Schemes Act, 2019, P.S. Raipur, District Dehradun. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated and by lodging this FIR there is an apprehension of arrest. 5. On the previous date, the State was directed to get instructions in the matter, today, Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for the State apprise to this court on the basis of written instructions that the applicant is the habitual offender and there are many cases in different States like State of Haryana, State of U.P. and State of Punjab. Apart from this, learned Brief Holder also apprise this court that the lookout circular have been issued against the present applicant. 6. After taking into consideration that the present applicant is wanted in other States also and look out circular has been issued against him, this court is of the view that the present applicant does not deserve anticipatory bail. 7.
