Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 take a cognizance passed order by Hon'ble Court on 28.07.2017 and comply same. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of writ of MANDAMUS commanding and directing the respondent no. 3 that preparatory to allocate Patta Holder/Lease Holder on the Arazi no. 621, and Area 0.6850 Hectare strap should be entered in the pool account declined." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised preliminary objection that the petitioner has approached this Court earlier also for the same relief by filing Writ C No. 32764 of 2017, which was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 28.07.2017. 4. In view of the Rule 7 of Chapter XXII of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, second writ petition on the same facts is not maintainable. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
