This C528 petition has been filed for quashing of the summoning order dated 16.10.2024 in Criminal Case No.1171 of 2024, under Sections 498(A), 504, 506, 323 IPC along with entire proceedings of the Criminal Case No.1171 of 2024(Case Crime No.162 of 2023), “State Vs. Amit Kumar”, Police Station Vikasnagar, District Dehradun on the basis of compromise. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this petition has not been filed by all the accused persons involved in this case. 6. To this, learned counsel for the State would submit that the other accused persons are parents of the present petitioner and they might not be aware of this compounding application filed by the present petitioner. 7. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh. 8.
