...RESPONDENT(S): Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue an order, writ or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the bill amounts admittedly due to the petitioner despite successful completion of works in terms of the Agreement No. 113/2023-2024,dated 23.11.2023, with the Measurement Book (M-Book) No. 117, for the work executed by the petitioner namely Pulivendula Municipality - PADA Grants 2023-24 - Laying of CC Roads and restoration of damaged existing CC Roads in Anjaneya Swamy Temple area of Velamavaripalli in Pulivendula Municipality, under the Pulivendula Area Development Agency (PADA) grant works, approved for payment and entered in the CFMS (Comprehensive Financial Management System), even after completion of defect liability period and in spite of repeated requests, as illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory, unjust enrichment, violative of Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, apart from being contrary to the orders of this Honhle Court issued from time to time and consequently direct the Respondents to forthwith pay the approved amounts payable to the petitioner in respect of the works executed by the petitioner under the aforesaid agreement, along with interest accrued on the said amounts from the due date till the date of payment and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the Respondents to forthwith pay the final hill amounts payable to the Petitioner in relation to the works executed by him under the Agreement No. 113/2023-2024,dated 23.11.2023, for the work namely, Pulivendula Municipality - PADA Grants 2023-24 - Laying of CC Roads and restoration of damaged existing CC Roads in Anjaneya Swamy Temple area of Velamavaripalli in Pulivendula

ORDER:- The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondents in releasing the payment for the works executed.
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel for the Municipality, on instructions, submits that the amounts due payable were uploaded in CFMS portal with token No.2024- 282549 and were credited on 30.03.2025 to the account of the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no
order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
