In this Criminal Writ Petition, the petitioner prays that appropriate action be taken against the Investigating Officer and other police officials as the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.
2.
There is a criminal case pending against the petitioner being B.T.P.S. P.S. Case No.111/2022 corresponding to G.R. No.1661/2022, registered for commission of offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 385, 307, 120-B and 34 IPC. The case is pending in the Court of A.C.J.M. Bermo at Tenughat.
3.
From para-2 of this Criminal Writ Petition, I find that the petitioner had preferred a Criminal Misc. Petition being Cr.M.P. No.608 of 2023. However, at the request of counsel representing the petitioner, the said Criminal Misc. Petition was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 29.01.2024.

4.
After being unsuccessful in the Criminal Misc. Petition, the petitioner has taken this route wherein he has prayed for a direction to take appropriate action against the Investigating Officer and other person, on allegation of alleged misuse of power.
5.
Thus, I find that the entire writ petition is misconceived. The petitioner is not entitled for any relief.
6.
Accordingly, this Criminal Writ Petition stands dismissed.
