When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the order dated 09.06.2025, the paragraph No.5, Sub clause (ii) may ordered to be deleted. 3. Acceding to the said request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to delete Sub Clause (ii) of Paragraph No.5, viz., "(ii) the petitioner shall deposit the original registration certificate of the vehicle with the concerned Magistrate," and issue a fresh order copy.
